Who Am I?

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer here in Visalia, but fitness has been a part of me long before the certification. I grew up playing baseball, and early on I learned what it meant to push myself and be part of a team. My stepdad was a powerlifter, and watching him train showed me how discipline, structure, and consistency can shape not just your body but your mindset too. That stuck with me, and over the years fitness became my anchor.

For over 15 years I’ve been lifting, learning, and experimenting with what works and what doesn’t. Along the way I built a career as a market trader and analyst for nearly a decade. Trading taught me patience, resilience, and how to manage both wins and losses without losing sight of the bigger picture. I carry those lessons into training because progress in the gym is just like progress in life: steady, consistent, and built through habits, not shortcuts.

Now I’m working toward competing in natural bodybuilding, but my real passion is helping other people find their own version of strength and confidence. I don’t believe in gimmicks or one-size-fits-all programs. I believe in meeting people where they’re at, building a plan that actually fits into their lifestyle, and showing them that fitness doesn’t have to take over your life. It can enhance it.

When I’m not training clients, I’m out hiking the trails around Visalia, putting in work at the gym, or making music. Fitness, finance, and creativity have always been my outlets, and I like to bring that same balance and energy into how I coach. At the end of the day my goal is simple: to help people move better, get stronger, and feel good in their own skin, not just for a few weeks but for life.
